WHAT IS RAPÉ?
Rapé (ha-peh) is a sacred jungle medicine a traditional Amazonian blend of tobacco Mapacho and healing plants used for centuries to clear the mind, release tension and reconnect with inner truth.
It’s not a drug and not a hallucinogen.
Rapé works through the nervous system, bringing you back into the body, silence and clarity within minutes.
Beyond cleansing, rapé is also a medicine of clarity, it helps you hear yourself, access intuition, see what’s true for you, and find answers that were hidden behind stress, tension or overthinking.
People describe it as a reset for the mind, emotions and energy.

TWO WAYS TO EXPERIENCE THE MEDICINE

WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE MAYA ORISHA ?
Maya Orisha is an urban shaman, clarity guide and the founder of Zein. Her work is rooted in presence, somatic intelligence and a grounded connection with sacred jungle medicines.
Maya has walked through the depth of shamanic initiations: over 30 Ayahuasca ceremonies, 15+ Kambo immersions, and more than 50 ceremonies with other Earth medicines. This path shaped her as a guide who works not from theory, but from embodiment, truth and lived experience.
People come to Maya because she creates a field where the mind softens, the body feels safe, and the truth inside becomes audible again. She doesn’t perform, fix or impose.
She holds a clean, steady space where your system can release, realign and return to its natural clarity. Her approach blends shamanic presence, somatic precision, and a deep connection with the unseen while staying grounded in reality, the body, and the nervous system.
Most people describe sessions with her simply: “It feels like coming home to myself.”

🌿 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will I hallucinate or “trip”?
No. Rapé is not a psychedelic. It does not cause visions. It works through the nervous system, bringing clarity, grounding and presence, not hallucinations.
Will it hurt?
You may feel heat, pressure, tears, emotional release or a short wave of intensity, but it lasts only a few seconds. Most people say: “It was much softer than I expected.”
How should I prepare?
- Avoid heavy food for 24 hours before the ceremony
- Don’t eat 2–3 hours before the session
- No coffee, alcohol or strong stimulants on the day
- Bring water and wear comfortable clothes
- Come with a simple intention (what you want clarity or guidance for)
You don’t need any previous experience.
Can I drive afterwards?
Yes. Rapé does not impair cognition. Most people actually feel clearer, slower and more grounded.
How long does the effect last?
The peak lasts 5–10 minutes. The clarity and grounding can last for hours or even days.
Who should NOT take Rapé? (Important)
Rapé is not recommended if you have:
- unstable high blood pressure
- severe heart conditions
- epilepsy
- active infections or fever
- pregnancy
- recent surgery
- antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs)
- antibiotics
- alcohol or drug intoxication
- acute panic or psychotic episodes
If you’re unsure - send a message, we’ll check together.
How many rounds will I receive?
Usually 1–3 rounds, depending on your sensitivity, intention and experience. Everything is optional. You can stop any moment. Your body leads, not the ritual.
What happens if I get emotional?
This is normal and welcome. Rapé often releases stored tension, tears, frustration or old pressure. The space is safe, slow and fully guided - nothing you feel will be too much.
Can I combine it with other practices?
Yes.
Rapé works beautifully with:
- breathwork
- drum or sound healing
- meditation
- Sananga
- grounding practices
- nail-standing
- somatic integration
In individual sessions - it all flows naturally.
